"Yoder’s Dutch Donuts: Bringing Authentic Amish Flavor to Virginia Events"
At Yoder’s Dutch Delights, good food and good people are at the heart of everything we do. Growing up as the two youngest of five siblings in the Amish Mennonite community of Pennsylvania, we learned from our parents the value of homemade meals, love, and kindness. Our mom made nearly every meal from scratch—filled with warmth, tradition, and plenty of butter—while our dad showed us the importance of meaningful relationships and respect for others.
Yoder’s Dutch Delights was our way to honor these traditions while forging our own path. With a family recipe handed down by our cousins, who started the well-loved Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen in Richmond, we began our journey with a food truck in Northern Virginia. After six years of farmer’s markets, weddings, and special events, we’ve turned our dream of opening a permanent shop into reality. This step wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support from our friends, family, and customers. We hope each donut and every interaction conveys a taste of PA Dutch love.
